So we had woo tong birthday at bubba gump, a restaurant theme from "forest gump" i din't watch the show , but apparently it is about the protagonist become a millionaire by shrimp business ....
So well u know this restaurant specialty is SHRIMP ..... So dun come if u dun like them , hahaha
the ambiance is not bad all wooden floor and wall including the chair and others ....
but when we reach our "room" (there is no door ~ so i dunno can be classify as room or not =p )
the ambiance is different, kinda bright in comparison to the dark ambiance outside ( we can dim the light of coz ) and the decoration somehow remind of "full house concept cafe" in niu xie sui....
well i am not sure this is consider nice or not though ....
Something else special ? A lot~ , hahaha , lets start with calling the waiter .... right after u seated u will notice there is a sign board ( with sugar , salt, pepper below) which wrote "run forrest run" and "stop forrest stop".
"Run forrest Run" mean i dun need to be serve , u may go ? XD
"Stop forrest Stop" mean stop here? well it have something to do with the movie according to others blog , but i din watch so i am not sure myself ....
( pity wei jiat for losing his way and stuck in 3 hour jam in LDP )
So next up, is the appetizer woo tong order, so we been recommended to have 1/2lb Shrimper's Net Catch and ... 1 more bucket of fried shrimp, i forget the name ... which is 2 bucket of shrimp .... but i prefer the 1/2lb Shrimper's Net Catch, it have 2 kind of shrimp in it , 1 garlic spice and 1 cajun spice ? (sorry i din really read the description again ) but i din took picture of it , sorry , hehehe , the picture should be up in facebook sooner or later ... by "professional" photographer of coz , hahaha ...
oh forget to mention , they show u the menu , but u wun find soft drink or coffee or something , unless u ask , they are actually available , even beer ; )
So i ordered Baked Seafood Rice or something ( all the name long and a lil weird sorry cannot remember well , hahaha ) because Sharon say some rice with cheese on top is nice and there is picture so i am guessing this 1 ...

Bourbon Street Baramundi
Ok , slight explanation to this dish, there are shrimp ( of coz it is shrimp again ) , mash potatoes ( one of my favorite .... ) , and baramundi which is a Fish served with Bourbon sauce (a lil like cheese)
So ya , u see ... mashed potatoes and cheese appear there .... ahem ... bias XD
There are others nice dish as well ... fish and chip ? not sure if it taste really nice ...
Srimpin' Dipping Broth, it serve with banquette, rice and a soup of shrimp (thx Sam for letting me taste , hahaha ) . The soup is kinda spicy with many black pepper ... a lil similiar to those sup kambing but not to that extend. Overall it is still nice, u can dip the bread to the soup( that why it called "dippin") which is quite nice too ....
Apparently after Sam finished the bread he is already half full, and there is still shrimp and rice left ... hahaha
Then we have our SS session next taking picture, blow water and of coz ... wishing woo toong HAPPY Birthday~ ( to ben's team , too bad the birthday prank din work for such whipped cream and blowing condom XD ) ...
So the result is kinda like this ....
Food : 6 - 8 /10 ( depend on what u order)
Ambiance : 8 /10 it is pretty nice actually too bad we kinda huge bunch but the available room is JUST enough or can fit a lil more ...
Service : 8/10 , the staff were very nice and helpful including the one singing the birthday song considering it is their 5th time in the same day ( ya there are 4 ppl celebrating bday there before us )
Price : 4/10 , it is pretty pricey IMO for this dish ... but the shrimp is fresh nevertheless ...
Overall : 6.8/10

Baked Seafood Rice But hmmm ...after tasting it , it is not too bad , but not really impressive as well ...
there are some fish, SHRIMP of coz, and others thing there .... u need to scoop big to really enjoy this... but i like the mozzarella / cheddar cheese on top only , hahaha .... i dun think i do recommend ppl taking this dish however ... or may be during my experience is just bad....
the shrimp is fresh needless to say, almost all shrimp that day is nice ... but this dish have many Rice and Cheese, totally will make u feel stuffed .... and somehow i feel , not enough cheese due to too many rice below ? lol ... end up i finish up the topping but left partial of the rice =p
